On the Eventide web store, it lists a crossgrade from those with Anthology II, or other older versions. The price is $99.
I assume that is their offer for TDM users. I don't know if you have to surrender any old licenses. They just mention verification of ownership. Also, in case you didn't know, this plugin requires an Ilok v.2.
