888/24 mods
Anyone know of a place that does any high end 888 mods? You know, things like improvements to the AD/DA or the sample rate, clocking etc?
Thanx, Jack |

Re: 888/24 mods
I do remember a ardsynch or ardvark clock (it was about 10 years ago so I can't really remember the name) really improved my 888's.
Not sure about internal mods though. |

Re: 888/24 mods
I have one of those Aarsync clocks currently...is that really as good as it gets?

Re: 888/24 mods
So what you are all saying by your reluctance to say anything is that Digidesign built the 888/24 to the highest possible standards and that NO ONE, in all the time they were/are used has found a way to modify them to a higher standard?
Is this REALLY the end of the ride? |
