My registration does not appeared on Avid Account

My registration does not appeared on Avid Account

Hello,

I registered my PT 8.03 back in August. 2010 and have the email confirmation. I just got a new computer (Win7) and can't install from the dvd disc. I get a small window that says "Welcome To Pro Tools LE" but the body of the window is white and blank. My account does not show PT 8 LE full install as being available. There are third party programs though.

Any help would be appeciated!! Thank you!
