Default MC Control linear encoders behaviour

Is it possible to change encoders behaviour to linear? It is very annoying and almost impossible to record automation when it accelerates once I turn it faster.

I'm new to the MC Control but isn't that what it is supposed to do?

no, that is wrong

this way you are unable to do any precise regulation of sends, pan and plugin parameters

I have only been using the MC units mixing in Nuendo where the knobs are a pain also - however my way of dealing with this IMO shabby implementation - is to flip the knobs down onto the faders on my MC mixes. Not sure if you can flip knobs to fader on the Control - never tried on mine as I had no need...
