...and what will become of our precious little Duck mascot Mandy?

(who by the way is male with a female name--not that THAT is wrong!)

A chicken with it's head cut off might not be too far off.

Maybe that DUC(K) will be replaced by an AUK - a Puffin would be nice!?

Unfortunately, the Great Auk recently became, ahem, extinct.....

I offered them This Picture a while back, and they weren't interested, so Mandy's probably safe.

Yeah well I've worked with that duck before and let me tell you the experience wasn't pleasant.
Wouldn't listen to any suggestions and really had no clue about modern pop mixing.
It's as if he didn't want to be there.
Left a mess on the floor. No sense of humor.
Just the same stare......all day.
I mean........probably a nice duck and everything but next time I'm going with a Yak.
Those dudes rock.

His biggest problem is that the pond his icon is sitting in freezes up for 8 months of the year, so he has to fly south. Pretty hard to mix when there's snow on your console. Add to that the inherent problem of using feathered wings and webbed feet to move touch sensitive faders, those kind of things really can block your creativity.

That, and if he lands in any ponds outside of the city he gets shot at.
