Default Non touch sensitive faders quick fix before I contact Digi?

I have a 24 channel D-Command ES, and have 3 faders that do not respond to touch even after recalibrating, power cycling, making sure my fingers are moist etc, and was wanting to know if I was overlooking anything before I contact customer service.

Also try taking the fader caps off and putting them back on again in case they arent contacting properly.

Fader Cycle for 10 min worked temporarily (about 2-3 minutes)... Brent, do the caps just pull of like traditional consoles, with just some firm upward pressure? I tried with a little force, but was hesitant in case I snapped something off.

It is relatively new and in a clean non-smoking post house.

Don't know about other consoles, but you simply use a finger underneath the top of the caps to pull them up. I replaced all 8 faders on my ES.
