I have a Mac Book Pro 15in 2.4GHz 4GB RAM with a Mbox 2 Pro w/ PT 7.3.1 rc 5. I was having problems with the Mac Mook Pro battery; I was reading below average battery health levels in iStat. So, I decided to install Battery Update 1.3. Good news is I am getting 99% battery health. Bad news is I lost all audio from my mbox in all programs including itunes, and while trying to play a PT session I get:
"The audio device buffer underflowed. If this occurs frequently, try decreasing the "H/W Buffer Size" in the Playback Engine panel or remove other devices from the audio firewire bus. (-6085)" So, If anyone has had this issue and found a work around it would be great if I could get some help and I'd like to thank you for any help before hand. Apple Mac Book Pro OS X.4.10 PT 7.3.1 RC 5 4GB RAM 1 Firewire 400 500 GB External HD Airport/Bluetooth Off Have Turned Off ALL Automatic Updates on Machine Set Up Mac OS X According to Set-up Instructions Followed All General Troubleshooting Measures Except Re-installing Pro Tools. Edit: for more comprehensive computer stats and other important information. |
