Default So I did a fresh install.... Pro Tools 10

I was having trouble earlier with bouncing out tracks and their would be a "skipp" or "static" scratch ever so lightly, throughout the entire song. However, during the bounce, you could not hear the sound.

So I looked over some avid articles on here and I haven't updated the software in quite a while. So as directed, I did a fresh uninstall and then an fresh install of an updated version of Pro Tools 10. Which I believe is the 10.3.9 ?

As doing so, i also did fresh installs of the drivers that were provided on the website.

And although, my speakers which are going into the mbox, I can play a session in pro tools and it will play, however I do not have any control on the volume module to turn up or down.

I have a blue light that is on but the orange light that usually shows up on the bottom is not on or even blinking.

Please help

The latest version of PT10 is PT10.3.10; don't be confused by the numbering.

What is this volume module you're talking about? Also where are these blue and orange lights you're talking about?

Yes I did a fresh install of the correct update, sir.

The module is an mbox pro 3rd gen

While the mbox faces towards you, the lights are left of the volume knob.

A blue one blinks, and then appears to connect with the speakers and maybe the system when it stops blinking. However, the light below does not go on.

I think I remember the organge/yellowish light blinking while system was starting up. But then it went away, leaving on the blue light.

Sound does come out of the speakers however, I cannot control the volume by the mbox. And I haven't tried to do a test record to see if the mic would pic up.

Also... when I touch any buttons on the mbox, they do not appear to respond.
