PRO TOOLS M-POWERED 8 Registration Problem

I bought a brand new Pro tools 8 m-powered(it came with an ILOCK) but cannot to register on Digidesign web page_

Why I cant to register my Pro tools 8 m-powered on Digidesign product registration web page ?

I recieved email that my registration is failed or when i try to register it wrote :*The Registration ID you entered is not valid or has already been registered.
*The serial number you entered is not valid._

I updated my 8.0 to 8.0.1 with no problems_everything is o.k. but on my digi account it shows that only product that I own is ,,Celemony Melodyne Essential,,_

Please HELP_how to register my PT-M-powered_whats the problem_??

I too had this problem, but I put in the wrong serial number... there was one on the box and another somewhere else - i forget where...

not saying that this is your solution but it was mine...
