please help. waveforms not shown in some clips

some clips on tracks don't display waveforms. but other clips on same track are shown clearly.
it don't display waveform, but still outputs sound.
If i consolidate the clips with <option+shift+3>, it displays waveform well. I think pro tools make new waveform consolidating this clips.
when I import the same clip from finder, it displays waveform well.

I already cleared waveform cache and recalculated waveforms.
This still happens whether I make copy of session with audio files in different hdd and open in other system.

anybody help please?

I am using 2020.12.1 and 21.03 with mac os 10.14.6

Use the ‘recalculate waveform overview’ function.

Delete your workspace file when waveform recalculate does not help
