Default Not overwriting MIDI notes when using CC

Hello,
I have MIDI tracks with VSL (Vienna Symphonic Library) as the plug in. When I try to use a fader for CC automation in erases the MIDI notes. How can I fix this?

Thanks,
Grateful

Enable MIDI Merge in the Transport window.
