Occurred. Please contact support: http://www.avid.com/scorch/support.
Only there is no contact form for support at the web page only a forum address. ![]() Can anyone help me get the score I've paid for? Scorch still functions fine, I've tried rebooting it, still doesn't work, listed in purchases but when I try to 'redownload' I keep getting this error. |

Hi,
Apple's receipt server is down at the moment so no in-app purchases are working for any apps that use this service. Apple are aware of it and should hopefully have it resolved soon. Sam |

I still cannot get my score, it the receipt server still down?
I would have thought a 'is transaction valid' type check should have been done by the software before allowing me to spend money on something it was impossible for me to download. |

Hi deepfried,
Can you let me know the title and composer of the piece in question and I'll check up on your account for you at this end? Also, the Apple receipt server that went down before has now been restored to it's former health, (see here: http://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=308032) and in-app purchasing should therefore be working properly too. I had the same problem. I tried to buy a piano score (La vida breve - Manuel de Falla). I was purchased but I coudn't download it. I tried three times. Regards. |
