Issue with latest Ozone update and Pro Tools

I'm also having a problem where pro tools can't seem to restore tracks with Ozone 9. So, it gets stuck opening, and I have to force quit. I specifically have a problem if the Ozone 9 imager is on the track. I'm waiting to hear from izotope on a 9.1 installer. Do you happen to have the link that izotope sent you Simon?

I had the no-loading issue shortly after installing with the Relay plugin. After running the iZotope updater, and getting the latest versions of several apps, all is well.

I’m on Monterey, I think that’s the problem.

yep windows 10 and having the same issue sent in a support ticket to try and get the download link to the older version. On a side note downgraded protools to 2021.6 and it still did it there as well though just not as often so definitely on ozones side.

Izotope sent me a dropbox link and it downloaded OK but just checked now and link fails.

Might have to go back to them. Izotope should really be fixing the issue as a priority. My guess is Ozone 10.0 is coming.

I have just installed the latest Ozone update 9.11.1 and ran some tests. It appears Izotope have fixed the issue with 9.9 however there is nothing listed in the release notes for a Pro Tools fix.

So your sessions are loading now? Been holding off the izotope updates since this problem was identified.

My sessions have always loaded on any revision of Ozone. OSX 10.13.6 and PT 2021.6
