Default audio processing conflicting with other CPU tasks

Hi,
Im getting a (9129)error saying Audio processing conflicting with other CPU tasks! I can't record anything. It comes up instantly. Does anyone have any suggestions? Here is my computer overview.

You have one hard drive that is 5400rpm.

It is recommended that you use a second dedicated hard drive for your sessions.
It is required that that hard drive be 7200rpm.

Please go through the General Troubleshooting thread and concentrate on the compatibility information.
