Default Command 8 and Avid platform are incompatible!!!

Infortunaly my company bought a Command 8 for drive the key frame audio of unity Avid media Composer.
That does not function or very badly.
I have 2 bugs principal which makes impossible the use of Order 8 with Avid:
First, It's the fonctionality to link to chanel for a stéreo signal don not function. The result is that I have a random writing of keyframe on left trak and right track.
Second i have a big latency between when i operate the fader and when the writing is effective (50 to 100ms!!!)

This problem exist with all the platform!! (Avid Xpress pro etc...)

Somebody has til a solution other than Jl cooper?

Thank you

Allan
