Avid Support Phone System Down??
Any idea when Avid's phone system will be working again? I need to contact them about authorizing the MP3 option on my PT HD 7.4.2 rig. I submitted a case, but haven't heard from them yet. They don't even have a phone number liste, just a note saying that they're down.

We had major issues with the US phone system yesterday, so phone support was unavailable until around 1pm PST. We believe we have resolved the issues and the phones are currently open, so we'll be updating the messages on the contact page shortly.
