Drag and Drop into AAX Samplers

For the record: I wasn't able to get Structure to play nicely with dragged-in samples until I updated to late October's beta version. I'd drag in a sample but it refused to play it. After the update it began working immediately.

I was hoping I could drag-and-drop into Toontrack prodcuts (EZ Keys, EZ Drummer) - No joy.

Yeah, not supported on Toontrack VIs. Should work on Structure though.

Check your hardware

Make sure your hardware is connected, turned on, and turned up. You can also
try getting audio from another software program, like a web browser.

Check your playback engine

Make sure your interface is set as the playback engine in Pro Tools. You can find the I/O Setup window under the Setup menu.

Route MASCHINE's audio
Load MASCHINE in an Instrument Track in Pro Tools, then create a new Audio Track. Send MASCHINE's audio to Bus 1-2, and set the Audio Track to receive audio from Bus 1-2.

Turn off Auto Low Latency
In the Delay Compensation section of the Audio Track, right-click on the cmp indicator and select Auto Low Latency off.

Adding this one: Startup Pro Tools in non-admin mode. This solved my drag-drop issues.

Are you referring to the Bandmate function in EZK/EZD?

It is now possible to drag and drop mono or stereo audio clips directly from a Pro Tools track into an AAX plugin, for example sampler instruments such as NI Kontakt and GrooveCell.

Yes - I'm talking about the Bandmate feature in EZ Keys 2, EZ Drummer 3.
I tried dragging audio and MIDI clips into each VI and it does not work.

Groove Cell can't import audio from the timeline. I can import from the workspace browser.
How can I import from the Pro Tools timeline?
