Sample Cell software

I recently acquired a nubus Sample Cell II card. Unfortunately, there was no software with the unit. Digidesign wants an unbelievable amount of money for just the software (more than I paid for the whole unit). I am trying to find someone that would be nice enough to burn a cd for me of the software. Thanks.

I am going thru the same BS. I finally broke down and paid the registration fee and the bloated fee for the manual. Today I am attempting to install the software and the installer disks are apparently deffective. I keep geeting a message that tells me I already have the software needed for my hardware config. - I get this same message no matter which of my 4 drives I try to install it on. Digidesign has been pretty sorry on the support for this.
Good luck with your problem. I suggest you return the card and go with another company, as I will do and I WON"T buy the Mix24 system as I had planned.
