Default downgrading a perpetual license

Hello anyone that can help.

I have tried to send an email but for some reason it will not allow me to continue without an order number, which I do not have.

I currently have a perpetual product. I would like to upgrade but keep a perpetual licence. I see on my product page that to upgrade it will cost me £333.20. As I do not need the 'studio' product any more, can I downgrade to a perpetual protools 'artist' so that it will cost me less? If so how much would that be?

thank you in advance for any help.

They have never offered this ability (and it has been asked about before) to downgrade a version. The suggestion is always to sell your more expensive perpetual and buy the cheaper.

However, in your case, Pro Tools Artist has never been offered as perpetual. It is subscription only. It came out after Avid moved to subscriptions. Your only option is to buy a new subscription.
