Default Best settings for efficient recording?

Hi, does anyone know the best settings for recording in pro Tools 8?

H/W Buffer Size?
CPU Usage Limit?
DAE Playback Buffer?
Cache Size?

I'm using a Digirack 003, pro tools LE8 and I have a Core 2 Duo Mac with 2 GB of Ram.

Any advice or arrows would be much appreciated.
