hard drive for Mbox/MacBook Pro

Hi

I have a MacBook Pro4, 1 and the new Mbox. Would anyone care to offer their recommendations for a good external FW drive? LaCie, OWC, Iomega, Western Digital, Seagate? I feel like this is a bit of a crap shoot.

Also, do the bus powered drives work well enough?
