Default Session Data/Mix Window/Edit Window gone??

Hi all,

Opened up a session from yesterday and the Mix and Edit windows didn't show up I did save a _M Notes.txt
So I opened both using (command =) and the edit window had no session data what so ever (blank)
I read the _M Notes.txt and it seemes that all the session data had been DELETED on closing the session

Anyone ???

(fortunately had an older session in the backups folder but unfortunately lost some editing)
