Default Purchased Mackie CR3-X's, registered but don't have 'Musician Collection' Plugins?

I have purchased MACKIE speakers that come with Pro Tools First and a 'Musician Collection' set of plug ins.

I used the link provided (avid.com/pro-tools-first-mackie)

As I had an existing account used the sign in option and entered the serial number of the product along with my login. I was sent to my account page but can see nowhere to download/redeem the 'Musician Collection' set of plugins.

Full details of the offer here (https://mackie.com/blog/mackie-partners-pro-tools-first)

What should I do?

I have the same problem but with the Mackie Onyx Producer USB interface. The download links for the Musician Collection plugins are available in the AVID account but do not appear in the ilok app.
