Click Track only at one Tempo in MP9

Hi,

Im new to PT and I'd like to record some guitar tracks. But first, I'd like to create a Click Track with changing Meters and Tempos.

The typical procedure would be: Click "Create Click Track", choose the bars and then manipulate the tempo. Alternatively press the "+" Icon at "Tempo" and set the tempo for each defined bar.

In my case none of these alternatives seem to work. Whenever I try to highlighten some bars and change the tempo, the change is realized for the whole track. Also the "+"-Icon doesnt work and there is no window popping up.
For the different meters, everything is working fine.

Is there something wrong in my settings or is there a PlugIn missing?Do I have to deinstall and install again?
Nobody here to help me?

Now, I have deinstalled and installed the software several times. I still can't use the "plus"-Icon to change the tempo for a specific bar. Need help on that.


My system is:
Windows 7
M-Audio Fast Track Pro
Pro Tools MP9
Version 9.0.5
