Default Could we see 11R updates?

Given the standalone editor for the 11 Rack it seems like Avid was still working with the unit as an active piece and not eol'ing it. That got me to thinking: does anyone think we could see updates to it like new amp models or fx?

Would like to see HiWatt and Orange models for guitars and more bass amps. Portaflex B15, Acoustic 360/361 for example. Maybe even an old Magnatone for guitars.

Give it at least a couple of months b/F we start asking those questions

Just imagine it took around 2 years for the editor - so let's just say 1.5-2 years for another update

Honest engines no sarcasm here - for real

You're at NAMM this year or is this just speculation?

So you're third hand at best with this. Until someone who has ACTUALLY talked to an Avid rep then it's pure speculation. But as I said seeing as how Avid kicked loose with the editor I wouldn't be surprised to see ERXP2 with new models and such upcoming. As the title of the Bond movie goes: never say never.

I'm not saying the person is lying to you but might not have given you the whole story - everything the Avid rep said. There's a difference between an outright no to not right now but in the future, etc. When info gets passed to one person and that person passes it on to another etc. things get lost along the line.

since it's not a discontinued product, there's a very good chance of an update. I bet that every Eleven owner (or maybe 99%) will pay $99 for an update.
