RX Spectral Editor Install Issues

RX Spectral Editor plug-in not showing Pro Tools plug-ins / search;

I've installed multiple times, with both Avid Link and the stand-alone download from Avid > My Products...

Avid Link still shows it as uninstalled (as an available update), despite it seemingly installing successfully with each attempt;

In the old Control Panel > Programs & Features view, it does appear there as being installed...

Is there a known issue with this..?

It doesn't show up as a plug-in.

It's accessed via ARA.

Got it; did see the ARA tab, but was still looking for plug-ins; thanks very much.

I'm still having issues with Avid Link seeing RX Spectral Editor as not being installed. I keep getting a message to install it. After going through all the gyrations, and repeatedly installing, it does seems to work. However, I keep getting the message from AVID Link to install it and AVID Link sees it as not installed. Does anyone have a solution?
