Default PT and IK Multimedia Classik Studio Reverb

IK Multimedia is offering a very special deal on their Classik Studio Reverb suite. Usually $229 U.S., it is now $49.99. I'm wondering if anyone here uses it, do you like it, and is it worth it. The offer is good til 9-6, so I'm thinking of buying it. Seems like you can't go wrong for $50 with an IK product. But just wondering if others have had experience with it?

Thanks

For $50 you can't go wrong.

You may want to pick up T-Racks 3 Standard for $29 while your at it.

I grabbed the T-Racks deal, and I'm really liking the compressor. No brainer for 29 bucks.

While I have Waves, TL Space and Breverb, I use CSR on almost every project here I also posted it as a "no brainer"

If I had to pick between CSR and another $50 verb I'd go with Valhalla Room. It's also 64 bit incase you work in Logic, etc. You can check out the demo as well. And yes, I have the ik verb too I just prefer VR.

I posted a video overview of Classik Studio Reverb yesterday. It goes over whats included and it goes over most of the parameters and options.
Its a very deep reverb in terms of available settings - over 100 parameters on each reverb unit.

Cool! Will definitely check that out. I did get it today. Being me, I went straight to the advanced settings...love the multiple control options!

One small issue I had after installing, rebooting, and then opening PT, I went to instatiate one of the CSR's modules on an aux track and got one of those DAE error messages. That was true for all 4 of the modules. So, I checked further on here and on another thread the same issue came up with IK's Sampletank, and the solution was to open PT by right clicking on the icon and opening as administrator. Apparently, then the CSR modules will be read correctly by PT or the serial numbers or something. Whatever it is, it all works fine that way. So just a tip to anyone who may be getting CSR this week with the $49.99 special price...open PT as administrator and all will be well.

Yeah this has been known for awhile now. Especially with IK Multimedia plugins, you have to launch PT with Run As Admin.

By the way you can set PT to default to Run As Admin (so you don't have to right click everytime)

I have a video about that here:

I have a video about that here:

You know, I do recall that being the case, but forgot about that. Thanks for the reminder! I did see the video on the CSR by the way. Good over-view.

I'm liking the inverse reverb fx on things like Tranfuser loops. Funky stuff!
