Hi everyone,
I turned on the gear this morning and I got "ethernet cannot communicate with main unit please power cycle"... so this happens every now and then so I unplugged and replugged in the ethernet cable. same error power cycled the unit same error I repeated this a few times, and swapped out the power cable... no change.. Basically here's what's up. The main unit when power cycled, the faders will slide up and pop back down but no LEDS are lit up, the center section says nothing (doesn't say offline; welcome to pro control). Hitting utility does nothing. The additional Fader pack works fine. Any and all advice would be much appreciated. Thanks so much. |
