Structure 1.1 Surrender License on iLok

I purchased the "Pro Tools Instrument Expansion Pack Upgrade from Structure" from Sweetwater on 12/31. At the time, my Sweetwater Expert checked the AVID database and that database said that that was the upgrade I was eligible for.

However, I didn't think I owned Structure and now my iLok is asking me for a surrender license before I can load in the full PTIEP. The only AIR Virtual Instruments I do own are Strike and Velvet.

I'm running Pro Tools 10 on Mac OS 10.7 (Lion). Is there a way to check with AVID what licenses I do have, and to download the Structure license to my iLok?

I have downloaded Structure itself from the My Products page and have installed it, but it won't authorize at launch.

you can use the Velvet or Strike license as the one to surrender ... i would say this after doing this myself ... i used my Velvet license and regret it now ... why ? because I could have put the Version 1.0 license on another ilok and have Velvet running on my MBP.

so, Do Not surrender a license you think you would like to keep ... I should have used my Structure license to surrender ... oh well ...
