Default Time Code calculation in Excel

Hi,

Once someone told me about a plug-in (or something like that) for Excel that would allow us to do calculations with time code.

Does anybody know how to do that?

That would really help me speed up the process of updating ADR lists.

Thank you,

Ricardo

I use a little OS9 app called StudioPal. Calculates anything you like, all TC format etc. If your interested, drop me an e-mail.

There is also a very nice(and free) Palm app called "free time" that does all kinds of conversions and calculations including an edit mode where you put in two of start, end length and it does the third.
StudioPal is very good. I don't think they are in buisiness anymore (it used to cost ~$70), at least they haven't updated in 5~10 years.

THey are still in buisiness in Sebastopol,CA. As far as I can tell they still haven't updated the app. so though it works well (except for a small bug when dealing with HUGE projects) it still looks like it's running on a plus.

Do a web search for "Timecode Filemaker" and you'll get a site of a guy in Switzerland who has a TC plug-in for Filemaker and a plug-in for Excel. I have no idea how it works, but the guy seems quite clever.
