S6 Pec/Dir Meters
Hi AVID,
What's the latest on the metering for PEC/DIR, is there a fix available for the delayed metering of PEC vs DIR in the works? Cheers

In PT 2023.3 when in playback they are now in sync(within a few samples). We have the top two PT engineers working on when in Record (Its a very tricky problem to solve) I'm quietly hoping we can have something for the next PT release.

Dear Eddie,
I'm glad you could address the sync issue, which is something I addressed a while ago in the below article. That is a big step! https://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=415256 I would kindly ask you to have another look at the other points I'm mentioning. Especially colors should be possible to implement as the PT community vastly associates green with 'input' or 'dir', which can't be represented in meters yet. Best! Gregor
