Default Can\'t Install MP3 Option in OSX

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but when I try to install the MP3 Option Plug-in it gives me a message...

"Classic cannot find a MAC OS 9 system folder on the startup disk to use."

It can't find the folder because I'm running OSX.

What's going on?

Help!
