Default Mackie Tracktion-Free

A friend sent me this link.
Kind of interesting. Not bad at all for free.

I see why they would give that away.

It's not free forever.....$80 American if you want to use it without the annoyances.

And...once you get a handle on how to use the interface....you'll realize how antique the PT interface and some of the rest really are.
Learning curve is a little steep...but not high....so if you can think three dimensionally beyond what you know...in other words...step out of the box...you'll come to understand it.

I found the interface a bit confusing at first until I read a bit of the help files...then the light bulb went on and it schooled many interfaces...PT included. Just opened some doors.

Yes,

Tracktion is my first choice on my pondering on moving away from PT. If only they were supporting AU.

I really Don´t want to lose my URS EQ and URS began offering their stuff as AU already.

N and A Series are up fresh and the rest will follow.

IMO I hate the program, Ugly interface, I don't think it compares with the other top Sequencers.
