Default Noises from 003

Hi Folks!
I just recently got my 003 factory. It all seems pretty ok.
But there is one thing. When I turn the 003 on or off, it will make noise.
Its a "electric snap and crackle" kind of noise. Really annoying.
Has anybody experienced something like this?

Rossi

Yes 003R does this too. I was concerned a little too at first coming from a 001, however apparently it's normal and 002R's do it too. Mine functions perfectly.

Then it is broken. (or you aren't listening hard enough)

ALL 002 and 003 units do that on startup.
