License surrender

Bonjour,

Je souhaite remettre mes licences protools sur une nouvelle clé Ilok car j'ai perdu l'ancienne.

Sur le logiciel "Ilok licence manager" j'ai bien mes deux licences (PT 10 et 11) mais lorsque je veux les faire glisser sur l'Ilok une fenêtre s'affiche avec pour titre "License surrender".

Je cherche à résoudre ce problème si quelqu'un à une méthode à proposer j'attend sa réponse.
