Change of policy. PT support plan now include them. Activated on renewal.

Anyway just a reminder it is a good idea to keep renewing the support plan. Failing to do so makes it very hard if not impossible to reinstate. That would mean buying a new license when you are in a need of an upgrade.

Yeah I just purchased a new perpetual and was glad that HEAT and the CPB are included in the support plan as long as current.

I renewed about 3 weeks ago and have got Heat now. Was thinking of buying it when they dropped the price but was always peeved that subscription got it but not perpetual. Never made sense given current pricing.

Well They finally threw a bone after doubling the annual subscription… I would love to think I’ll get some service from this as I just spent two weeks reshuffling my entire computer to see if Big Sur would work with the latest version, clean install, nope… Take out plug-ins etc. I’m sorry I tried it I need these plug-ins I paid for them they work in other platforms, rolled back to Mojave definitely was an improvement and then snuck back up to CatalinaFor me the sweet spot now is Catalina 2021.10… Big Sur just went to Mush for me

I have a perpetual license for the standard Pro Tools and renewed my support plan a few months ago. I don’t see the license for Heat or the plugins available in my iLock account. I see the expired licenses I had when I did not renew a Pro Tools subscription in 2019 and instead purchased a perpetual license and annual support plan

Should I be seeing the lid ended for Heat and the plugins?

I can only guess this is manual work as it is a new policy. If it does not appear this year just contact Avid Support and they will sort it out.
