Best way to replace failing S1
I have two S1's and a Dock. One of my S1's broke and is being replaced tomorrow by a new one. What's the best way to swap them out? Would I add the new one in EuControl first and then remove the broken one?
Also, since I'll be registering it on my Avid account, what happens to the one I am sending back? Does the registration automatically get removed from my Avid account or do I just let it sit? Best... |

Re: Best way to replace failing S1
It doesn’t really matter. You can remove the broken one from Eucontrol and add in the new one.
As far as the registration, just register the new one if you want. You have all the paperwork from Sweetwater and the replacement documentation. |
