You have 2 basic options:
1) 3rd party MIDI based 8 bit HUI protocol
2) Avid's Ethernet 10 bit protocol, with EUCON devices (Artist and S6) being the current/future or the ICON (D-Command/D-Control now discontinued) and the current C24 controllers that have 64 bit drivers for 11 onward. If you're going to stay on 10 for a long time you can look at the older Pro Control or Command 24 but 10 is the last version they will work with
OK, new thread it is.
So... I will probably upgrade to 11, but here's the thing: I would like to stay with my current MOTU 24 I/O and therefore will not be using HD. So that limits my options.

Am I correct in assuming the C24 will not work with my system?
