Can\'t change H/W Buffer Size
I would love to be able to change the Hardware Buffer Size to try and fix some of the other ProTools LE problems I've been having but when i open the window to do this its uneditable! All the fields are uneditable in that window. Why? I'm using Win 98SE with PTLE 5.01

These are not uneditable. You just have to click a few times (I know there's a system, I just don't do it enough to have figured it out). I usuallly open it by clicking combinations of left and right buttons. It does pull up though.

It's from the Mac Interface. Just press and hold the left mouse button. The window will open.

Thanks MonologueBlue - I had to press down both mouse keys and lo and behold!!! a menu popped up!!
