Default weird syn issue when opening session for first time..

hey folks,

was wondering if someone could help me resolve an annoying issue with midi files...

it appears as though when i first open a session that contains both midi and audio tracks, the midi tracks are out of sync... so i'll close pro tools, and relaunch the session and everything is fine

any ideas on what is happening would be greatly appreciated

running PT 8.0.5 on Mac with 10.6.8
