Dock and Avid control app grayed out on Surface list

I have S1 and Dock with 2X iPad set up.
After upgrading the OS to Big Sur, I successfully connected S1 and S1's iPad. However, I cannot connect the dock and control app (for the dock). I see the dock and the control app on the list of the surface but it grayed out and I cannot select it. Do you guys know any solution for this?

What version of EuControl are you running?

It's 2020.11.1.10.

Use the latest installer to uninstall EuControl including all preferences. Then re-install the app being sure to allow all security pop ups. If any firmware updates are necessary be sure to update prior to trying to connect devices.

uninstalled the Eucon software. Delete preference of Eucon and PT. After clean installation, it still all surfaces are grayed out. Are there any other things I can try?

Hard to say without more system info and network setup.

It sounds like EuControl isn’t seeing the surfaces on the network.

after restarting the switcher, everything got normal.
