Default How to increase an horizontal line of the automation without involving close nodes

I can't figure out how i can simply increase that low horizontal line of the automation. If I use the tools in the image I get also the upper nodes (the ones in the circles) raised

I'm not getting that behavior here.
Just tested Volume and Level Trim and Send Trim.
Is that a simple Volume Trim line we're looking at?
Perhaps try again in a clean session with a blank audio track.

If the lower line is truly horizontal, it should only move the line between the break points.

However, if there is a discrepancy in level between the 2 lower points (e.g. one is -12.0dB and the other is -12.1dB, Pro Tools will create new break points at clip boundaries (in case the automation is on top of a clip) or pull the whole automation lane up/down (if there isn’t). (If all break points are within an edit selection, new break points will be created at the selection in/out points instead of clip boundaries.)

If you don't want the new break points to be created at the selection, hold down option while dragging
