Elastic Audio not working ?

Hi Everyone my elastic Audio doesn't work on WAV files it comes up with the message-

could not complete your request an Audio file is READ only

Any suggestions how i can get AE to work?

right click on your file (if you're using a pc) and click on proprieties. Now check at the bottom of the window that just appeared, if the read only check box is checked. If it is uncheck it and try again.

It's a bit strange since PT should be doing a copy of that file to use.

Also make sure that you have changed the track your using, from samples to ticks (that's just locate to the left of the elastic audio menu on the track)
