Default ModDelayIII loses tempo sync after reopening session

Hi!

I inserted ModDelayIII on an Aux, activated tempo sync and selected the notes.
After reopening the session the sync button was still active but no notes, so the delay was not synced to the tempo it was at default 500ms. Can someone confirm this?

Thank you
