Sonible Plugin crashes daw

Hello everyone I have the Sonible smart eq 2 plugin that crashes my DAW
every time I try to open it. The plugin work great for a while and all of a
sudden it started crashing. I got in contact whit tech support which
was a nightmare it took several months for a response. After the response
email they informed me that my operating system was up to date and that
I should download the new updated version of the plugin and that should fix
my problem. Needless to say the update did not fix the issue. Is there anyone
else out there having this issue with Sonible plugins ? If you have a fix for this
issue please post.
