Default "You must be signed in to access projects in icloud" message

When I open Protools First on my computer, it seems to load up fine, but when I try to open a project, I get the message, "you must be signed in to access projects in icloud". If I then try to sign in, I just get the same message again.
This has happened to me before a few times, and usually what happens is, if I try it again the next day, it will be working again. But this time, it has been three days that I've tried, but it still won't let me sign in to open a project.

Anyone have this happen to them? If so, any solutions or reasons for this to happen?

The next time you are able to access and run any of your "Projects", re-save them to your local hard drive so you don't need to sign in just to work on your stuff. In the future, create a new "Session" instead of "Project". Sessions live on your local hard drive and AFAIK, Projects always live "in the cloud"
