Anyone using G4 upgrade on PM9600

I am currently running PT 5.0 on a PM9600 and
I'm a little disappointed in the sluggishness of the program during sessions with a high track count. I am very interested to know if anyone out there is using Newer technologys G4 upgrade card on a PM9600 and how the performance is using the upgrade card. I am a freelance engineer and can not afford any crash's or burns during a session.
Any comments please on G4 upgrade card???
