Demo Expired on MP3 bounce?????

Getting "demo expired" window on PT10HD MP3 bounce. I hit quit and PT crashes.

Did a clean uninstall of 9.0.5

Uninstalled Pace drivers

rebooted

Installed PT10 HD

rebooted

Installed Pace and ilok drivers

rebooted

repaired permissions

rebooted

Same issue.

Any idea what this could be Avid? I see others have had the same problem and I tried all ideas I could find to resolve this.

When I did a test 'reinstall' of PT 9.0.5 it worked again. But I need to work in PT10 where it doesn't.

What version is your MP3.bundle? (In Pro Tools > Codecs > MP3)

What are your bounce settings?

At what point does it throw the error?

Thanks for chiming in.

MP3.bundle Version 10.0

Bounce Settings:

1-2 Stereo
MP3
Interleaved
16 Bit
44.1 kHz
Convert After Bounce

As soon as I hit "bounce" in that window, the "License days remaining: 0" window comes up. I hit "Cancel" and Pro Tools Crashes.

Just did it.... Have the crash log but it's too many characters to post here. Let me know how to get that to you if you want it.

PS - Have used the mp3 export function without any issues since it's inception so it has to be a PT10 glitch.

We started a Support Case on 12/20 which should have emailed you, we asked that you reply with the crash log. Can you check your spam folder?
