Request for basic help

I'm trying to get a system working and can not seem to get input level coming into PT. What I'm using:

PT HD 7.3.1
Apogee Rosetta with XHD card (using analog IO)
Lunchbox with some 512 mic pres
Power PC G5 10.4.11

Playing audio in PT I get signal from the Rosetta to my mixer - but I cant get input level showing in PT from the 512's. PT's IO setup looks good. I tested a 512 out to my mixer and it works. Havent used PT in a few years. Thanks so much for any comments! -c

Have you read this setup guide? There are explanations on how to configure the hardware and I/O setup in Pro Tools.

How about firmware? Is it "current" for the setup you have?

You need to set the Rosetta to "option" which means XHD card that goes to PT.

You also might need to toggle the sample rate and clocking buttons a little, at least my XHD card was not instantly recognized. Once you get it going the first time, the settings should be remembered.
