Playback Problem
Just upgraded to a new computer and Pro Tools 9:
Windows 7 Home i5 650 Processor 6MB RAM Dedicated internal Pro Tools Drive: Seagate ST3750528AS 750 GB (7,200 RPM, 8.5 ms seek time) MBOX2 Everything sounds heavily digitally distorted. Sounds like either a clock issue or hard drive issue. I checked to verify the clock is set to "Internal." Thanks, Greg |

Re: Playback Problem
Does increasing the number of host processors or buffer size fix it?

Yes, the distortion is on both playback and input.

Re: Playback Problem
Trash prefs and reboot. If that doesn't help, post in the Windows/LE section and include a Sandra report.
